Kathryn McEwen is a Co-Founder of Click since January 2020. Kathryn also worked as the Global Lead of WorkingWithResilience since January 2010. Kathryn is a member of the Editorial Board at Resilience.TV since August 2020. Additionally, they have been the Director/Organisational Psychologist at Hurn McEwen HR Consultants since 1984. Prior to that, Kathryn worked as the Principal at CoachPartners from January 2004 to December 2016.

Kathryn McEwen completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) from The University of Western Australia in 1982. Kathryn then pursued further studies at Curtin University, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology in 1983.
