Severine Charvet currently serves as the DRH at LeTROT since September 2022. Prior to this role, Severine was the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at AFASEC - Ecole des Courses Hippiques from April 2008 to September 2022. Severine's earlier experience includes working as a Généraliste ressources humaines at GROUPAMA SUPPORTS ET SERVICES from March 2000 to April 2008, focusing on training and project management related to workforce planning. The career began as an Assistante RH during a final study internship at Danzas and included a short stint as Chargée de reporting RH at André. Severine holds a DESS in Développement des ressources humaines from IGS-RH, as well as two MAITRISE degrees in Droit Social and Droit Judiciaire Prive from Université Paris Nanterre.
