Todd Caughlin currently serves as the Director of Athletics & Recreation Services at Lethbridge College, a position held since August 2014. Prior to this role, Todd Caughlin was the Associate Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance at the Academy of Art University from April 2013 to August 2014. Educationally, Todd Caughlin holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Cameron University, a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Athabasca University, and an Associate's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Red Deer Polytechnic.
