Razel Ventura is a Junior Full Stack Developer at Tangle Media, responsible for developing and supporting software applications, including troubleshooting and feature programming. Razel also works as an English Second Language Instructor at Lethbridge College, focusing on specialized instruction for LINC students. Previous experience includes roles as Learning and Development Manager at Stratpoint Technologies, Inc., where Razel established Stratpoint University and transitioned training initiatives online during the pandemic, and Academics Manager at PHINMA Education in Myanmar, where curricula were designed and academic operations were improved. Additional positions include teaching at various educational institutions, performing analysis in a medical laboratory, and completing internships in both the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute and the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. Razel holds a Diploma in Computer Information Technology from Lethbridge Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines.
