Kyle McKelvey is a Design Engineer at LERA Consulting Structural Engineers, beginning in July 2022, with prior experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at the same company and Jacobs. Education includes a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, both from Penn State University. While at Penn State, contributions included research with Associate Professor Dr. Linda Hanagan as a Research Assistant and two years as a Teaching Assistant for AE 308: Introduction to Structural Analysis. Additionally, McKelvey supervised student workers at the IT Service Desk, ensuring customer support and task management.
