Alessandro Tiscione is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Since founding Alessandro Tiscione Consulting in September 2008, Tiscione has taken on various prestigious roles, including Maestro Pasticcere at Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani and ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana. Tiscione also serves as a Brand Ambassador for Les Vergers Boiron, Silikomart S.r.l, and Waring Commercial, and provides consultancy services in pastry and chocolate for Azienda Agrimontana S.p.A. Additionally, Tiscione is a demonstration chocolatier for DOMORI and teaches pastry at CAST Alimenti and A Tavola con lo Chef srl. Tiscione holds a Diploma in Hospitality from Alberghiero Gioberti, earned from 2005 to 2009.
