Annick Darioly Carroz is a highly experienced academic with a focus on leadership and organizational psychology. Since April 2013, Annick has served in multiple roles at Les Roches, including Professor, Head of Research, Associate Professor, Lecturer, and Program Manager for the Master in Hospitality Leadership, specializing in Psychology, Research Methods, and Organizational Leadership. Prior experience includes a Maître-assistante position at the University of Neuchâtel and a Post Doctoral Research fellowship at the Kravis Leadership Institute, where Annick conducted research on leader-subordinate relationships. Annick holds a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel and has contributed to the Swiss Journal of Psychology as an Editorial Assistant.
