Sonia Gatignol PEP CBFC has extensive experience in the social and medical-social sectors, currently serving as Chef de service at Les PEP CBFC since April 2019, overseeing the ESAT HABILIS, Challenge Emploi, and Activ'Pro Habilis programs. Previously, Sonia held the position of Chef de service for a MNA protection de l'enfance initiative at MECS Pierre Meunier and was responsible for quality management at Les PEP21, supporting establishments in implementing continuous quality improvement practices and obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification. Earlier roles include a quality trainer/documentalist at UDAF de la Côte d'Or and a consultant documentaliste for UNHCR. Sonia holds a CAFERUIS from Université de Bourgogne, acquired between 2014 and 2016, specializing in management and supervision of social intervention units.
