Dr. Charlotte Roman is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Les Mills International, specializing in targeted marketing to enhance customer lifetime value, with prior roles at Deliveroo where contributions included real-time bidding models and dynamic ad load optimization. Dr. Roman's experience spans teaching Python and SQL to aspiring coders at Code First Girls, consulting on game theory-based business strategies at TWS Partners, and conducting a PhD in Mathematics of Systems at the University of Warwick, focusing on intelligent transport systems.
