Paul Caillard is currently involved in multiple roles, including Chargé de mission à l'archivage des simulations parlementaires at Le Parlement des Etudiants, where the focus is on creating a national archive of parliamentary simulations. Paul also serves as a member of the national bureau in the administrative pole of the Association Master 2 - Sécurité Internationale et Défense and participates in wargame design. Additionally, Paul is a reservist in the Armée de l’air et de l’espace and an active member of Les Jeunes IHEDN. Educational undertakings include pursuing a Master's degree in Security International and Defense at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, where Paul has also participated in various roles such as a member of the disciplinary section and a student representative in central councils. Previous experience encompasses being an active member of multiple organizations, including Poli'Gones and Lyon MUN, where participation in strategic weeks and wargames has been highlighted. Paul holds multiple degrees, including a bachelor's in Law and Political Science, and additional qualifications in Public Management and Comparative Law.
