Yoba Moussa Diatta is an experienced professional in the field of food quality control and laboratory technology. Currently serving as a Technicien de Panification and engaging in temporary services at Les Grands Moulins de Dakar since December 2018, Yoba has also held the position of Technicien Supérieur de Laboratoire, focusing on food quality control. Prior experience includes a role at ASUFOR and an internship in engineering at L'Institut Technologie Alimentaire. Yoba completed a Master's Degree in Chemistry, specializing in Solid Chemistry and Materials, from Université Assane SECK de Ziguinchor between 2008 and 2015.
