Anne-Marie Rostaing is an experienced costume technician and seamstress currently working at Les Grands Ballets Canadiens since March 2023. Rostaing has held various roles, including Chef d'Atelier and seamstress at Le Grand Costumier since March 2018, and seamstress at Centaur Theatre Company since March 2017, contributing to productions such as "Clybourne Park" and "The 39 Steps." Additionally, Rostaing runs Rostaing Couture, specializing in bespoke women's clothing, alterations, and repairs since June 2016. Previous experience includes seamstress work for Repercussion Theatre and event reservation and planning for Croisières AML. Rostaing holds degrees in bespoke clothing from École des Métiers des Faubourgs and tourism from Lasalle College.
