Sophie Rosemont is a seasoned journalist and director specializing in cinema, music, and culture. Currently working at CANAL+ Group since September 2023 as a journalist and director for the cinema magazine show "Faut voir!", Sophie has also contributed to major publications such as Rolling Stone, Vogue, Les Inrockuptibles, AM, and French since 2009. In addition to journalism, Sophie performs as a tutor in French and comparative literature at Columbia University and serves as a professor at the Institut Européen de Journalisme. Notably, Sophie created and authored the podcast "Journal ultime" which explores the intimate writings of various notable personalities. Educationally, Sophie holds a DEA with high honors in Modern Letters & Semiotics from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Media from ESCP Business School, among other qualifications.
