Ilya Tsipelshteyn is an experienced professional in the IT and software development field, currently serving as Team Lead and Product Owner at Leroy Merlin since October 2018, where responsibility includes overseeing the development of a logistics management portal and managing a comprehensive redesign of the application. Previously, at Sberbank from June 2017 to October 2018, Ilya transitioned from Lead System Analyst to IT Product Owner, successfully optimizing back-office systems for insurance products with a 12-person team. Earlier, Ilya worked at LANIT as a Business Architect and Senior Business Analyst from October 2014 to June 2017, focusing on customized solution development and the full lifecycle of system implementation projects.
