Larry Lerman is a retired transactional real estate, commercial finance, and business attorney with extensive experience in closing deals for various sectors, including banking, real estate, and nonprofit organizations. Lerman served as the chair of the Commercial Lending group at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland, from February 2001 until retirement. Prior roles include practicing at Wilkes Artis and Max & London. Lerman holds an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from The George Washington University Law School, and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers University.
