Michelle Murray currently serves as the National Practice Leader and Director at Lerch Bates Inc., following the company’s acquisition of Pie Consulting & Engineering, where Michelle held the position of Director from April 2015 to January 2022. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Senior Project Manager at INSPEC for 13 years and held the role of Designer at Shea, Inc. for two years. Michelle began the professional career as a Technical Assistant at 3M. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Minnesota between 1997 and 2000.
