Satyajeet Pednekar has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Satyajeet started their career at Telsima, where they worked as an Operation Engineer for the first Indian Operators for Wimax PAN India network rollout. Satyajeet was also part of the Proof of Concept team conducting field trials in South East Asia.
Satyajeet then joined SmartPlay Technologies - An Aricent Company as a Lead Radio Network Optimizer, where they worked on EVDO Optimization projects in Nagpur and Kolkata. Satyajeet conducted capacity and quality drive tests and generated reports and plots.
After that, Satyajeet worked at Aviat Networks as a Delivery Manager, where they managed the BSNL project for UPW and Uttaranchal Circles for Wimax 16e rollout. Satyajeet successfully completed the rollout of the Wimax 16e network in DOPC Nigeria and provided network performance monitoring and configuration audits.
Satyajeet then joined ECI Telecom as a Presales Specialist, leading the wireless product portfolio for India and global accounts. Satyajeet was responsible for drafting product documents and successfully closing PAN India UBR deployment projects for leading service operators.
Satyajeet then moved to Lepton Software, where they held various roles. Satyajeet started as a Key Account Manager, managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Satyajeet developed and implemented strategic account plans and identified new business opportunities.
Satyajeet then became a Regional Sales Manager for the India ISP Market, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive sales strategy and managed a team of sales professionals. Satyajeet later became the Regional Sales Head for the SEA region, staying up-to-date with market trends and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Currently, Satyajeet is the Regional Sales Head for the MEA region at Lepton Software. Satyajeet spearheads sales operations across the region, manages a team of sales representatives, and identifies and analyzes emerging market trends to create effective sales strategies. Satyajeet has successfully launched new products in the market, leading to a significant increase in sales.
Satyajeet Pednekar pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1989 to 1999, they attended Tilak Nagar Vidya Mandir in Dombivali, where they obtained their SSC degree. After completing their secondary education, Satyajeet enrolled at the University of Mumbai from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued HSC in the field of science. Satyajeet further extended their education at the University of Mumbai, from 2001 to 2005, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
