Stefan has a background in the finance industry with around 20 years of experience in the capital market, equity analysis and corporate finance. He comes from a position as Director of SEB Corporate Finance with sector responsibility for gaming, media and retail, and has worked with a large number of projects within M&A and ECM, including the listing of LeoVegas. Prior to that, he was an equity analyst at SEB Enskilda, Standard & Poor and Redeye. Stefan has been top rated equity analyst in the gaming sector for many years.

In addition to its shareholding, Stefan holds 258,500 warrants in part of the incentive program.
