Karolina Stołecka began their work experience in 2007 as a HR Specialist at Harper Hygienics. Karolina then worked as an HR Manager at Benefit Systems SA from 2009 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the HR Director at BPO Poland. In 2016, Karolina became a Freelancer and also worked as the HR Director at GetBack S.A. from 2016 to 2018. Karolina later joined Sitel as the Head of HR from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Head of HR Poland at LeoVegas Group, starting in 2022.

Karolina Stołecka completed one-year postgraduate management studies in 2013 at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Management from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II from 2002 to 2007. In December 2012, they obtained a certification called the Change Management Foundation Examination from APMG - International.
