Hiyantha (Sam) Kariyawasam has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Afea Care Services since September 2012. Prior roles at Afea include Finance Manager, Finance Officer, and Accounts Officer. Hiyantha's career began as an Assistant Accountant at wefixcredit from March 2011 to August 2012, and prior experience includes an Executive Officer position at Sampath Bank from September 2003 to November 2006. Hiyantha holds a Master of Accounting from Western Sydney University (2007-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from the University of Peradeniya (1999-2001).
