Thomas Herr has extensive work experience, primarily in the field of data management and governance. Thomas is currently working as the Global Lead Corporate Data Management at LEONI since May 2022. Prior to this, they had various roles at s.Oliver Group, including Expert Master Data Governance, Head of Master Data Governance, Senior Project Manager, Senior Consultant Stammdatenintegration, and Officer Process & Application Monitoring. Thomas also worked as an Assistant of Head Product Controlling and Assistant of Head Planning & Allocation at s.Oliver Group. Before that, Thomas held positions as a Junior Storemanager and Assistant Storemanager. Thomas began their career at Kaufhof Warenhaus AG, where they served as an Abteilungsleiter Assistent.

Thomas Herr's education history includes obtaining a Betriebswirt (VWA) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie Würzburg, from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (IHK) degree in Kaufmännische Einzelhandelslehre from Kaufhof Warenhaus AG/IHK Aachen, from 1999 to 2001.
