Elena Morariu has extensive experience in operational excellence within the LEONI organization, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence Projects since March 2021. Prior to this role, Elena was the Head of Operational Excellence for Nord East Europe at Leoni Wire Inc. from January 2019 to March 2021. Elena's career at LEONI began in February 2006, during which time various positions were held, including Manager imbunabatire continua, Segment Leader productie, Project Manager, and Engineering Team Lead. Elena holds a Diplomă de Inginer in Tehnica Constructiilor de masini from Univeritatea Tehnica Cluj Napoca, earned between 1999 and 2004.
