Ryan Clements is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at Leonardo since April 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Functional Manager at Ultra Maritime, leading the Systems Engineering Team and delivering critical projects, including an Electro-Optical Fire Control System for the Irish Navy. Ryan's career began at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included leading a team on the Scout Specialist Vehicle programme and participating in a graduate scheme with exposure to multiple engineering disciplines. Earlier experience includes a role as Mechanical Stress Engineer at Airbus Group, specializing in FEM analysis. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
