Elena Assandro is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in personnel management, recruiting, and organizational development. Since March 2012, Elena has served as Specialista ricerca del personale and HR Manager at Leonardo Logistics, overseeing daily interactions with managers and employees across 46 plants in Italy, managing the selection and hiring processes, and developing training programs for key personnel. Previously, Elena held the position of General Manager Human Resources at Fata Logistics Systems S.p.A. and worked in consultancy and training at SOGES S.p.A. Elena holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Research from Università degli Studi di Torino, as well as a scientific high school diploma from liceo scientifico Carlo Cattaneo.
