Sean Quan is an experienced operations and production manager with a comprehensive background in overseeing manufacturing processes across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Leonardo DRS since September 2016, Sean has previously held leadership roles at TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, AJM Packaging Corporation, Cobham Aerospace, and CVI Melles Griot, among others. Notable achievements include coordinating large teams, enhancing production efficiency, implementing quality control measures, driving cost reductions, and providing training in process improvement and operational excellence. Sean holds an Associate Science degree in Laser Technology from San Jose City College and a management certificate from the AEA Management Program.
