Rich Baxendale is an experienced manufacturing and operations manager with a robust background in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and previously as Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Leonardo DRS since October 2017, Rich's career includes significant roles such as Manager of Machining Operations at Moog Inc., Operations Manager at Comprehensive Power Inc. and Vestas Technology R&D Americas, and Director of Operations at ePower LLC. Additionally, Rich held positions at DRS Technologies, Inc. as Manufacturing Operations Manager and at Kaman Aerospace Corporation as Production Manager. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Northeastern University.
