Tim Ford is the CEO of the Association of Defense Communities since October 2010. Prior to that, Tim served as President/CEO at Leonard Resource Group, Inc. since July 2009. Tim also held the position of Executive Director at NYC Employment & Training Coalition from April 2007 to June 2009. Tim Ford earned an MS in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998.
