Małgorzata Nikiel has a solid background in software development, with their most recent position being Senior Frontend Developer at LEOCODE since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Shiji Group for a significant period, starting as a Software Developer from May 2016 to November 2017, and later becoming the Frontend Technical Team Lead from December 2017 to August 2021. Before Shiji Group, they held a position as a Software Developer at EUVIC from June 2012 to November 2017.

From 2009 to 2014, Małgorzata Nikiel attended The Silesian University of Technology, where they pursued a Master's degree in Informatyka.
