Damian Winkowski's work experience includes their current role as Chief Executive Officer at SH CLUB starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Damian held the position of Software Engineering Manager at LEOCODE from December 2018. Damian also co-founded and served as a Co-founder at DeSmart from September 2014 to September 2018 and at Fachowo.co from October 2013 to June 2018. Additionally, Damian worked as a Software Development Strategist at Y Translate from April 2018. Damian was also a Founding Member and Vice-President of SoDA - Software Development Association Poland from June 2018. Earlier in their career, Damian was a New Business Developer at PayLane from August 2012 to January 2014, an Online Media Associate at Google from December 2010 to August 2012, and an Intern - Marketing Trainee Executive at Kainos from August 2009 to February 2010.

Damian Winkowski pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk, specializing in Marketing and earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following this, Damian continued their studies at the same institution from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Master's degree in International Economic Relations, with a focus on International Marketing.

In 2011, Damian enrolled at WSB Wroclaw, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Project Management in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Damian Winkowski has also obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they completed the certifications in "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook," "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy," "Managing New Managers," and "Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Blitzscaling," all from LinkedIn.
