Oumaïma Bouzaidi has extensive experience in customer care and administrative roles. OUMAIMA began their career in 2008 as a Chargée de clientèle Assurance at AXA Assurance Maroc. OUMAIMA then worked as a Chargée de clientèle assurance at RMA ASSURANCES in 2010. In 2013, they joined Wafa Cash as a Chargée de clientèle. The following year, they became a Chargée clientèle at SAHAM Assurance. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Assistante administrative at Hotel Rif. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Leocare Assurance as a Customer Care Professional.

OUMAIMA BOUZAIDI attended Lycée Malika el Fassi in Boufekrane from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree in Sciences Physiques. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Ecole supérieur de technologie Meknès, where they pursued a DUT degree in Technique de Management.
