Elena Dorofeeva is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Head Accountant at LEO Pharma since December 2021. Previously, Elena held the position of Regional Accounting Manager at Santen from October 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included team management and financial statement preparation, as well as overseeing tax return approvals. Prior experience also includes a role as Group Leader at БДО Юникон from April 2012 to October 2019 and earlier work as an Accountant-Consultant. Elena holds an MBA in Finance from Moscow State University (2020-2023) and has completed various professional courses in IFRS and tax consultancy from 2002 to 2008. Elena earned a degree in Economics and Management from Ulyanovsk State University (1995-2000).
