Paul Firch is an experienced Project Director currently working at Leo Lynch since October 2023, with prior experience at Merit and MechFS, where Paul held various leadership roles including Managing Director. With a strong background in project management, financial oversight, and team development, Paul has successfully managed profit and loss accounts ranging from £8m to £20m and has led diverse teams of professionals in engineering and project administration. Paul’s expertise encompasses procurement, client relationship management, strategy planning, and health and safety implementation. Paul holds an HND in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from Woodlands School Coventry.
