Morgan SOULLEZ has extensive experience in software development and programming, currently serving as Ingénieur Études et Développements at ISIPHARM since October 2012. Prior to this role, Morgan worked as an Analyste programmeur at ISAGRI from September 2010 to October 2012, focusing on technical analyses and C# development for software related to social management and payroll. Earlier experience includes a web programming internship at Ville de Dieppe in 2009, which led to the successful creation and maintenance of the city's Intranet portal for over 700 employees. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Méthodes Informatiques Appliquées à la Gestion d'Entreprise, alongside a Licence 3 in Informatique and a DUT in Informatique from Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
