David Gibeaux currently serves as Directeur des opérations at ISIPHARM, a position held since March 2001. In this role, David is responsible for managing teams of technical advisors, trainers, and regional managers, while participating in the formulation and implementation of company strategies. Key contributions include the optimization of operations across various services, active management of software deployment processes to ensure installation quality, and the development of E-learning tools. Previously, David worked as a Consultant formation at Prisma consultants from September 1997 to March 2001, providing consultancy in training and human resources management, and overseeing the implementation of management and stress management training. David holds a Master 2 (M2) in Sociology from Université de Rouen and has completed specialized training in transactional analysis and adult education training.
