Johannes Gavino has work experience in two companies. Johannes worked at Doka as a Production Technician from January 2017 to March 2021. Currently, they are working at Lenzing Group where they started as a Consultant for Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse in March 2021 and was later promoted to the role of Team Lead for Business Information in December 2022.

Johannes Gavino earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Holztechnologie und Holzbau from Fachhochschule Salzburg in 2014. Johannes later obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Holztechnologie und Holzwirtschaft from the same institution in 2016.
