Carolina Toczycka's work experience includes serving as the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Lenz Labs since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Engineer at Costain Group PLC from September 2017 to February 2023. Additionally, they were a Doctoral Researcher at The University of Edinburgh, studying the digitization of major projects delivery, from September 2017 to February 2023. Carolina also worked as a Digitization Benefits Consultant at Tideway London from July 2019 to July 2021. Carolina served as a Research Assistant at Università Bocconi from September 2020 to February 2021. Earlier in their career, they were the Co-Founder and Commercial Director at HYPED from June 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, they worked as a European Business Development Intern at Standard Life Investments from June 2017 to August 2017, and as a Strategy Consultant at FreshSight Ltd. from September 2016 to November 2016. Prior to that, they were a Summer Analyst at Infosys Consulting from July 2016 to September 2016. Carolina also has experience as a Peer Tutor at the University of Edinburgh Business School from May 2014 to April 2015.

Carolina Toczycka began their education in 2010 at Collège Stanislas, where they pursued their high school studies. In 2011, they moved to Prywatne Gimnazjum I LO Sióstr Nazaretanek w Warszawie and earned their International Baccalaureate Diploma by 2013. Later, Carolina attended The University of Edinburgh from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to spend a year abroad at HEC Paris for their studies, although the field of study for this experience is not provided.
