Jason Rowe has extensive experience in insurance operations and information technology, currently serving as Operations Manager at Lenz-Balder Insurance since September 2015. In this role, Jason oversees all aspects of daily operations, including HR, IT, and accounting functions, while managing department managers. Prior to this position, Jason held various roles at Farmers Insurance, including Office Manager and Systems Operations Manager, and at Kraft Lake Insurance Agency as IT Lead and System Administrator. Jason’s career began at CompuCom as a Field Technician, progressing through multiple IT-related positions at Foremost Insurance and Farmers Insurance, showcasing a solid foundation in both management and technical skills.
