David Xing is a Process Engineer currently employed at Lenthor Engineering since April 2023, focusing on developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and tooling in collaboration with design engineers, while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles. Prior to this, David served as a Senior Process Engineer/Manager at Lucidant Polymers from June 2020 to April 2023, managing specialty polymer production labs and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. David's experience includes scale-up of chemical production processes, designing industrial chromatography systems, and improving production efficiency. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and previously studied Chemistry at Chabot College.
