Rich Krause is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various industries, particularly in consumer products and outdoor sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Lenox Corporation, 1880 Hospitality, and Instant Pot Brands, as well as on the Board of Directors for The Step2 Company and Backyard Discovery, Krause has a proven track record of driving significant revenue and EBITDA growth. Previously, as CEO of Capital Brands, Krause led a transformative period resulting in a successful sale to the DeLonghi Group. Krause's career highlights include an Operating Partner role at Huron Capital, contributing to remarkable EBITDA growth for Good Sportsman Marketing, and leading Confluence Outdoor and FeraDyne Outdoors with successful acquisition strategies and high-margin exits. Rich Krause holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
