Pooja Bhandari is an accomplished leader in ecommerce and digital marketing, currently serving as Director of Ecommerce for the SMB Americas at Lenovo since January 2020, with full P&L responsibility for the North America and Latin America SMB business. Prior to Lenovo, Pooja held key roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Director of Global Ecommerce and Sr. Director of Loyalty Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed member engagement and managing substantial marketing budgets. Pooja's extensive career at Motorola, spanning over a decade, included various leadership positions in ecommerce, product management, and marketing strategy, contributing to significant sales growth and product launches. Pooja holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
