Christopher Belluz is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience at Lenovo, where Christopher has served in various leadership roles since October 2008. Currently, as the Director of Compensation Consulting, Christopher leads a global team providing strategic compensation guidance across Lenovo's three global business groups. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Compensation for the Data Center Group and Head of Compensation for EMEA, where Christopher implemented compensation strategies for thousands of employees across multiple countries. Before joining Lenovo, Christopher worked as a Senior Analyst at McLagan, focusing on process improvement. Christopher holds a BS in Finance and Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
