Terrence Culhane is an experienced professional with a diverse background in security, business development, and technology consulting. As a Special Advisor at the Applied Science Foundation for Homeland Security since February 2011, Culhane has contributed expertise in transportation and security to research partners at the Morrelly Homeland Security Center and played a vital role in the RAILS program with LIFT. In conjunction, as President and Owner of Culhane Asso, Culhane connects small to mid-size technology firms with clients seeking innovative solutions. Additionally, Culhane serves as a member of NLEA and works as a Consultant for IntraLogic Solutions Inc., focusing on business development in the security technology sector. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Marketing & Business Development at TRC Solutions and a long tenure at the MTA Police Department, concluding as Deputy Chief.
