Jason Tokayer, PhD, EMBA, is an experienced professional in data analytics and emerging technologies, currently serving as the Head of Data Platforms and Analytics at Lennar since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jason held senior positions in business analytics at UKG from June 2018 to May 2021 and managerial roles focused on machine learning at Capital One from May 2015 to May 2018. Jason's career began at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Future Technical Leader and included academic roles at the University of Southern California as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Jason completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California and earned an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Jason also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
