Nabeel Shabir began their work experience as a Sales Assistant at Bentalls Department Store in 2011, where they provided customer assistance and sales support in the Menswear department. Nabeel then moved on to become a Menswear Supervisor, overseeing a team of 27 staff members and managing premium menswear brands.

In 2014, Nabeel joined CACI Ltd as an Implementation Consultant, where they played a role in the implementation of the CACI Software, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and user documentation. Nabeel later served as a Senior Consultant, providing second line support and assisting the Project Manager with time allocation.

Next, Nabeel worked at CCH® Tagetik as a Solvency II Lead Consultant, responsible for managing customers, leading interactions between the development team and customers, and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle. Nabeel demonstrated a consultative approach, facilitating design workshops and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Nabeel then joined Lendscape in 2018 as a Junior Business Consultant, delivering structured training programs on Lendscape products and providing on-site and on-call support for software implementation and adoption. Nabeel later took on the role of Business Consultant, representing Lendscape in client meetings and carrying out additional responsibilities.

Throughout their work experience, Nabeel demonstrated expertise in software implementation, customer support, project management, and team leadership.

Nabeel Shabir attended the University of Westminster from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons) degree in Computer Science.
