Gorana Jordanova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at Lendscape as a Project Manager, responsible for planning and overseeing implementation and upgrade projects. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) in roles such as Assistant Manager and Senior Sales Advisor, where they managed and coached a team and focused on achieving sales targets. From 2016 to 2018, they also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Apple. In the earlier years of their career, from 2009 to 2015, they worked at Tušmobil (now TELEMACH d.o.o.) as a Customer Advisor and Helpdesk representative, where they provided customer support and troubleshooted issues. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Librarian at the High School of Economics Radovljica from 2014 to 2015, where they provided assistance and guidance to students.

Gorana Jordanova obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Gorana further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master's Degree in Information Science/Studies from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, Gorana obtained the BCS Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Gorana also gained the UK Finance Foundation Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending certification from UK Finance in March 2019. In January 2021, they achieved the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and followed it up with the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certification from the same institution in March 2021.
