Katie Payne currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant at LendingMetrics, a role assumed in March 2024. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Administrator and Business Support Administrator at Corrigenda from March 2023 to March 2024, and as an ISPA Admin Supervisor and ISPA Administrator at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust from October 2021 to March 2023. Katie began their career in retail as a Sales Associate at TK MAXX from September 2017 to August 2021. Education includes pursuing a Level 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resources at Eastleigh College from September 2024 to July 2025, alongside various studies completed at Eastleigh College and Wildern Secondary School.
