Sougandh Kalluri is an experienced professional in credit strategy and risk management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Credit Strategy & Pricing at LendingClub since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sougandh was the SVP Head of Unsecured Risk at Guaranteed Rate, where a Fintech initiative involving personal loans and HELOC was launched within six months. Sougandh's extensive experience at HSBC from 2008 to 2021 encompassed various leadership roles in unsecured credit risk strategy and analytics, including managing end-to-end credit risk for unsecured portfolios. An early career included research and teaching assistant roles at the State University of New York at Buffalo, focusing on data analysis and engineering education. Sougandh holds a Master of Science from the University at Buffalo and a B Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
