Julie Han is a seasoned professional in financial crimes compliance and legal enforcement with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Financial Crimes Compliance, Strategy and Program Governance at LendingClub since December 2022, Julie has previously held positions such as Executive Coach at a)plan coaching and Principal Owner of Julie Han Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Prior experience includes significant roles at Prudential Financial as Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Co-Head of the Corporate Investigations Division, and at FINRA as Director of Enforcement, overseeing investigations related to securities law violations. Julie also worked as Director of Enforcement at NYSE Regulation, Inc., and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Academically, Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
