Eelco Mol has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of microfinance and investment. Eelco is currently serving as an Independent Investment Committee member for the Enabling Microfinance Fund (EMF) at Enabling Qapital AG since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of an Independent Investment Committee member at Lendahand starting from November 2020.

Eelco Mol completed their Bachelor's degree in development studies at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. Eelco then went on to pursue their Master's degree in economics at Wageningen University & Research, specializing in the field of economics.
