Stephen West

Vice President, Community Life at Lenbrook

Stephen West, MBA has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President of Community Life at Lenbrook since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Dining Services at Morrison Community Living from April 2016 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Administrator at Regency Retirement Village from October 2013 to May 2015, where they were responsible for various tasks such as managing employees, negotiating contracts, and exceeding budget targets. Stephen also served as the Director of Dining Services at The Allegro at Helmwood from May 2007 to December 2008. Stephen started their career as a Sergeant in the US Army, serving from June 1997 to July 2003. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in leadership, team management, and exceeding targets.

Stephen West, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree earned from the University of North Alabama in 2015. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Western Kentucky University from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Stephen West also obtained a certification as a Certified Dietary Manager from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) in April 2010.
